Autumn Woods has a passion for helping others overcome challenges.

Over the past 10 years, Autumn has had the privilege and honor of working for Soup Kitchens, Food Pantries, and some of the largest Food Banks in the Nation, serving our neighbors who lived without homes, food, or jobs, in Trenton N.J., Camden N.J. and Atlantic City N.J.

While working in Trenton N.J, Autumn managed a food pantry in the Capital city, overseeing staff, interns, corporate volunteers, donations and efforts to provide emergency food assistance to over 1,200 families (4,600 people) in need of food, in just one month. Over the course of one year, the numbers reached 4,000 families, 12,000 people and it took place, just blocks away from the State Capital building where laws and policy were made.

In addition to Professional and charitable work for non-profit agencies, Autumn is also a Volunteer Disaster Response Crisis Counselor (DRCC). The New Jersey Disaster Response Crisis Counseling (NJDRCC) certification represents a partnership between the New Jersey Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services’ Disaster and Terrorism Branch, the Mental Health Association of New Jersey and The Certification Board of New Jersey, Inc.

Autumn is currently Studying Light Urban Rescue with F.E.M.A. C.E.R.T. Teams and taking courses on how Trauma impacts children and adults and ways they can heal from it. Autumn also regularly re-affirms a commitment to Serve the United States in times of Crisis, by taking courses offered by F.E.M.A. and Department of Homeland Security, at the National Disaster and Emergency Management University, to better help Neighbors affected by Disasters and Trauma.

In 1996, Autumn began to record his own music in a small home studio, playing Guitar, Bass Guitar, Piano, Drums and doing his own vocals. In 1998, Autumn began building computers and Websites after reading books on how to do so, in book stores. In 2019 Autumn finished EQF Level 5’s in Web design and Development as a way to formalize what he had learned.

Autumn also enjoys learning about life coaching, Reiki, Mindfulness, and forensic psychology. Autumn’s journey of a life of learning, has become the foundation of the core products found at MHP.

For fun, Autumn enjoys living a calm and playful life, meditating in the woods while camping, as well as giving healthy treats to random Ducks and Geese. Autumn has “rescued” Goldfish from becoming “Feeder fish”, and helped the fish reframe their life: The fish now grow food that is donated to Soup Kitchens to feed people and they also grow Catnip for not-yet-adopted Kittens at pet stores, in an Aquaponics system. Autumn is currently writing a children’s book about it.

Autumn is excited to share the information and products offered through MHP,
to help you on your journey in your own life.

“You can do this. I believe in you.”
